This week marks my 130th blog, a weekly practice I started three years ago to reflect on my progress, stay accountable, and take intentional steps toward my goals. Writing these blogs has been an anchor for my growth, giving me space to track what’s working, what isn’t, and how I can realign with the life I want to create.
As I step into this new year with my theme of Relentless Focus and Consistent Action, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the changes I need to make to truly level up my life. Transformation isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing what matters.
One of the tools that’s been key in this process is my vision board. When I created my 10-year vision board in 2020, it gave me a clear picture of the woman I wanted to become. That vision helped me make decisions that aligned with my choices about my mindset, habits, and priorities. Now, as I refine my 8-year plan, I’m more focused than ever on where I’m headed. The clearer my vision, the more intentional my decisions become, and the closer I get to achieving the future I’m building.
This year, I’ve been making bold changes to support my transformation. I’m on day 28 of giving up all sugars, junk food, processed carbs, and even sugar-free powerade—a drink I used to be addicted to. I’ve also started intermittent fasting, and I’m now on day 6. I'm finally getting control over my eating and what I'm allowing into my body. These decisions haven’t been easy, but they’re helping me overhaul my health, build discipline, and align my body and mind with the life I want to live.
But this isn’t just about physical changes. The biggest shift I’m working on is clearing out anything that doesn’t serve my goals, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This includes:
✅ My mindset: Shifting how I think, focusing on opportunities with clarity and confidence instead of doubt or hesitation.
✅ My emotions: Choosing to center on joy and gratitude, while letting go of fear, negativity, and unnecessary worries.
✅ My intake: Being mindful of everything I consume whether it’s the food I eat, the media I engage with, or the ideas I entertain.
✅ My environment: Removing distractions, toxic influences, and clutter, while surrounding myself with people, routines, and spaces that support growth and purpose.
This process has also deepened my connection with Heavenly Father. I’m focusing on listening for His guidance, acting in faith, and trusting that He’ll help me align with His purpose for me.
Leveling up isn’t about one big win or a single milestone it’s about the grind, the discipline, and the willingness to go where I’ve never been before. To succeed, I have to push myself harder, demand more from every part of me, and embrace discomfort as a sign of growth. But I also know I can’t do it alone. I have to learn to let go, delegate, and trust others to carry parts of the load so I can stay focused on what truly matters.
This journey is about more than just action, it’s about relentless focus, clarity, and faith. It’s about showing up, pushing through, and proving to myself what’s possible. I’m not just aiming for transformation. And I'm chasing excellence.
